5 /5 Jazmin Nieto: We had been looking to get our lashes done here for a few years and finally decided to go in. Arely was amazing! She took her time and was very precise with my lashes, you can definitely tell by the end result. It was my first time getting a lash lift so I was pretty nervous but she made sure I was 100% comfortable. Unfortunately my sister who had also gotten a lash lift and eyebrows sculpt with a different tech did not get the same care I did. When we brought up our concerns the Frida team immediately took initiative to make sure my sister could come back later this week and get the service redone. We are excited to see how they turn out! When I got to my car and looked in a mirror under bright daylight, I quickly realized there was no noticeable difference. To ensure I was seeing things clearly, I even consulted another lash technician for her expertise. After reviewing my before and after pictures, she, along with another experienced lash tech, confirmed that the quality of my lashes was not up to standard. Every time I look in the mirror, I notice eyelashes on my cheek that have fallen out, which has never been an issue for me before. Review: I booked a lash lift recently, and the technician who worked on my lashes was pleasant. However, despite diligently following the aftercare instructions I had to request, the results were underwhelming. I’ve also noticed that each day, one or two of my eyelashes are falling out, which is something I’ve never experienced before. ** Shortly after I submitted my review, the lash technician reached out to inform me that she canceled my upcoming appointment. I appreciated her communication and understood her decision, as I wasnt planning to continue with the sessions.
