Pastor Greg and the whole staff are welcoming, open to discussion, and extremely approachable. The church has the feel of a small, close-knit community with all of the amenities expected of a larger church. There is also a great community of young people and parents of younger children - our kids love it here!

Teaching biblical truth to infants-adults has been at the forefront of their mission, alongside building disciples to take the Word out into the community. The school attached to this church also shares the same mission and cares deeply about the social, academic, and spiritual development of every child. I feel blessed to be a member of LOTW, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a church home.

5 /5 SeaGreen Snail: A wonderful community of people striving to grow closer to God and teach biblical truth. Of course, no church is perfect, as its made by man, and we are all full of sin. However, I admire Pastor Gregs ability to teach what the Bible says with confidence and discernment. I also appreciate that he does this in a way that isnt "nasty" or "hateful." Overall, Id highly recommend Light of the World to anyone in the community that wants to learn more about the Bible and how to build a strong foundation on Christ.

They apparently also dont heed the advice, "If you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all," based on their hateful signage. Keep on giving Christians a bad rap; youre doing a great job, Light of the World.

Celeste McNeish: I loved visiting this church however Id like to suggest something that would help greatly with the infant childcare room. As a childcare worker myself I would like to suggest better training in separation anxiety when it comes to the infants and 1 year olds. My 1 year old son was only in the nursery 5 minutes and I got a message to come get him right when the service had just started. I would advise training on redirection and starting playtime or an activity to help settle the children down when parents leave. I understand that it can be challenging trust me but redirection should always be tried first.
