He did not even assess and started filling out DBQ questions without askingThe funniest part is he said my motor function was fine over tele encounter. He is such a fool to assess my motor functions over the phone. He entered fraudulent entries without asking or assessing. He should be barred from VA C&P exam. I have reported his fraudulent entries to VA administration. If you are in the same situation, please report to VA so that other veterans do not suffer.
