2 /5 Michelle Lopez: Ive rated this place a 5 before. But recently, the past 3 times at least that Ive been in, 1 of those was right after my mother passed away, and I brought 2 of my kids in with me. We all had pedicures. I think only 1 or 2 speak English, which isnt unusual for these shops. Most employees can understand English, though not speaking it. Theyll just look to the one that can speak English when they dont understand what you mean. They usually do a good job. But, the gap in communication plus the rudeness when they are all speaking a different language around you, not understanding, makes me lower my rating. My last visit was the worst. I doubt Ill go back, wont say never because you never know.
I did go back, I wont go on, but yeah, total mistake.
