Paula Herrera: Took my daughter to have her nails done as a walk-in. She wanted black french tips and her nails came out beautiful! The staff was so nice and she absolutely loved her nail tech.
KEELAH: I had to come and check out this nail salon based from the photos and great reviews :) JJ did my nails and was very kind. I didn’t know she only takes appointments, but she took me anyway which I was grateful and thought was very nice of her. I will make sure to schedule appointments moving forward! I am very satisfied with my nails and will be back!
Jessica Hunold: I’ve been here twice and I love that the atmosphere is calm and quiet. First time I received just a simple mani and today I had a pedicure. The gentleman who helped me was OUTSTANDING! I was so relaxed and everything was perfect. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. The massage was excellent, my toes are cute and you achieved exactly what I came here for.
Darri Kay (Kari): The absolute worst nail salon in the DFW especially if youre a person of color. Kevin is the ONLY reason Ive come back. Not only are the females in this establishment rude but they dont want to work and will waste your time. I will be taking my business to where its appreciated and thats at KT Nails on Hedgecox and Alma! Polar opposite and the appreciation was there and nails are perfect . Nail star as long as you keep those girls in there your business will continue to fail.
Destiny Hernandez: I have gone to this nail salon a handful of times for the builder gel and on occasion a gel pedicure and I always leave so happy and in love with the end results. Tracy is a wonderful and caring owner that genuinely wants everyone to feel right at home. The employees are all so detail oriented and incredibly friendly! Tracy suggested I try builder gel when I first started coming here and I will never go back to anything else! Incredible experience, superb service, and homey environment! Try this salon, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Kaycee Miller: Diane does an absolutely amazing job with eyelash extensions! My full set was flawless—light, comfortable, and beautifully styled to enhance my eyes. When I came back for a refill, she made them look brand new again with the same precision and care. Her attention to detail and expertise truly set her apart, and the lashes last so well between appointments. She creates a relaxing experience, and I always leave feeling more confident. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for stunning, long-lasting lashes!
Jaclyn T: Mindy did an Excellent job on my nails! Best in a long while! They were a bit busy and she got up to help fairly often, but I was not in a rush so I did not mind. She was super sweet and very helpful with picking the perfect color I was looking for, too.
Anijah Jones: I got charged 80$ for BASIC WHITE nails. My OWN nails. Over priced. Not only that but I asked for marble originally and it came out terrible! Was my go to shop but never again will I go back.
Emily Scott: I am never one to complain but I am really disappointed with my experience here.
Came in at 1:40 pm (with an appointment) they sat me down and began soaking off my dip. Multiple people came in after me and the staff began working on those parties. By 2:30 pm and no one has come to get started on my nails. I have somewhere to be, so I tell them I need to leave. They charged me $15 for the “soak off” even though the dip wasn’t even full off my nails when I left. I am embarrassed to walk around with my nails like this.
Erin Medley: My sister recommended this nail salon, and they were absolutely fabulous! My daughter and I were walk-ins, but the entire staff was so quick and efficient that we were out of there, looking fabulous, in an hour and a half with two manicures and a pedicure. I’ve sat in salons for 3+ hours before with much simpler nail requests. Sisi did a wonderful job on my nails and all of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! I will be back!
