5 /5 Elisa Sherrouse: Five stars is simply not enough…they deserve at least 10 stars! My neighbor called me with an urgent situation. He had a blow out on a heavily traveled highway and heavy traffic prevented him from being able to hold a conversation. I called Lakeway on his behalf, spoke to Wyatt, and told him the location. Within minutes, a repair truck arrived on site and put the spare on. Never was I asked why customer didn’t call himself…Wyatt recognized the safety concern and took immediate action. Thank you, Lakeway, for being a great neighbor!!

1 /5 Danielle peacock: **Beware of the Jasper, Tx. shop. I would give zero stars if possible. The days of this shop having integrity and providing quality service is gone. On December 24th, 2024, I took my 2019 Hyundai Accent in to get an upper catalytic converter changed out. I came in that morning at approximately 7am, and the technician came and got me almost at 10:00 and told me that they were all done with my vehicle, and my repair was complete. I Paid $369.69 for labor only. I had purchased my part previously online from a different vendor. ** Fast forward to two and a half weeks later and my check engine light came on. I took the car to AutoZone to have the engine light checked. And they tell me that the O2 sensor that is attached to my catalytic converter needs to be replaced. Again I purchase my parts. And had the car looked at. At this point, I was informed that my heat shield had been cut and that the bolt that connects the heat shield to the body of the catalytic converter was missing, and that the wiring harness for the O2 sensor was not clamped in across the heat shield properly. **The very next morning, I contacted Lakeway Tire & Service and spoke with a man named Wyatt. He told me to bring the car in for them to look at it. Later that day, I had the car brought in, and I spoke with the technician who did the repair over the phone; he informed me that he had cut the heat shield because he was unable to replace the catalytic converter without doing so. When I asked what could be done about my heat shield being damaged without my consent. He stated that he would have to talk to his boss and his boss would give me a call back later. **The next day, I contacted Lakeway Tire & Service and spoke to Wyatt (The boss and owner, as he states) about the damage done to my car without my consent. He stated that the car was not damaged because it was an adjustment that had to be made and he will not replace or offer any recourse about the heat shield that they damaged because he feels that they havent done anything wrong. **Ive had nothing but good things to say about Lakeway in the past. However, currently please be careful before you bring your vehicle to these people. They will damage your vehicle in the name of the repair and not tell you anything about it. And if you happened to find out about it later they will take no accountability for their actions.

5 /5 b mann: Absolutely the best honest tell you exactly the cost prior on the phone Recommend them bang up job. As opposed to Modica Bros Tire & Wheel Center absolute worse who send s out coupons only to bait and switch and be misleading on the actual cost. I went in expecting to pay $45 (based on the mailer) but they wanted to charge me over $80. Walked out and let management know this practice is bordering on scam/ fraud if you cant trust them on pricing you cant trust them on the work preformed. Shout out to Lakeway Tire I saved $40 compared to Modica Bros Tire & Wheel Center with their bait and switch

5 /5 Elaine Bowers: Had a nail in one of our tires. We were leaving the lake, heading home to Lafayette,La. We had stopped at 3 places before Lakeway Tire, and the best they all could do was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Lakeway took us right away and were so nice. The price was great. The waiting room was clean and not smelly, like the others. We didnt want to go to Walmart because we try to shop locals. We were not disappointed and we were very impressed! I would love to get the message out to increase their business. They were doing other work for a man who was also in the waiting room. He said that he had been going there for years and wouldnt go anywhere else and all his family and friends go there.
