5 /5 Martha McKenzie: Fun in the Sun for All Ages! Lagoonfest was such a blast! From the moment we arrived, the energy was vibrant and the setup was perfect for a day of summer fun. The water was clean, refreshing, and the activities were nonstop — from obstacle courses and paddleboarding to lounging under umbrellas with a drink in hand. There were plenty of food options, music, and spots to chill when you needed a break from the sun. It’s the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or solo, Lagoonfest is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back for more sun, splashes, and good vibes! The swimming area is not deep. It’s probably 3 1/2-4 feet. The only deep water 10 feet is where the activities (obstacle course, kayaking) are.

5 /5 ashley obannon: Came here during Mother’s Day weekend with my mom. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Shania at the bar was super sweet. It was clean and had plenty of food options as well as plenty of restrooms. I’m excited to come back.

3 /5 Christine Foust: $30 for adults $20 for kids. Deepest you can swim is only 3.5 feet. The rest of the area is roped off for the boats/paddle boards/kayaks…the 5 mins you get included on the bumper cars is fun but not worth standing in line on hot pavement. It’s great for photos but not actual swimming. If I wanted to sit waist deep in water I would buy a kiddy pool for my back yard. Not even allowed to have a float noodle for my son. No balls to toss are allowed. I personally won’t be back. It was not worth the drive and money to come when I have access to a neighborhood pool. They have food on site but the 4wings were the smallest I have ever seen and not worth the $$ I paid. Glad that they let in a cup of ice so I can fill with water refill. Otherwise $3 a bottle and $60+ for a bucket of beer is way out of my budget. Edit: I wish they would enforce a bit more on wardrobe. There were a lot of kids and one cabana was provocatively dancing and were wearing string bottoms. I don’t need my kids to see where the sun is not supposed to shine on others.

4 /5 She Love: First time here and it did not disappoint. We ordered our tickets online to include 2 cabanas. Though the ordering process was easy it, would have been so much easier if the waivers were given to us online. Once we arrived we had to What to expect 1. Get all bags checked 2. Walk 10 steps to the window 3. Walk 5 steps to a little table that makes you sign a waiver just to get in. 4. Walk 13 steps to a over crowded "Guest Services window. ( After standing there in the heat for 15 mins while the gentleman assisted the lady in front who had not purchased her cabana tickets. We decided to find someone else that could help. The guest relations guy didnt offer to have the customer move to the side so that he could help those that were ready. Once we got all secured the fun began. We got in the cabanas and our Server was "Zoe" who was absolutely so patient as we had 9 guest between the two. She gave us the rules and began service for us. Zoe was fast, efficient, kind, funny and super sweet. I hope that we get to have her next time. Included in our cabana for free were the Flow rider and bumper boats. The bartender by the Flo Rider was so sweet. I couldnt remember her name but we named her, "Purple Haze". Her customer service was AWESOME and it was a pleasure having her make our drinks. We originally ordered food from the menu but we also dabbled in the food trucks and that food was good as well. Pricing.. All prices were reasonable $13-$15 I would say. The drinks were reasonably priced as well. You do have to pay for rides which range from $5 and up. Overall, its a yes for me and my family. Suggestions... 1.Have all waivers signed at time of purchase if you are purchasing online. 2. Have some sort of way that customers can place their food order without having to wait for the waitress. 3. Have something we can put food in so the birds cant take it. 5. Instead of having guest walk around with credit cards allow a way to order from other bars with the card that is left on file when we get the cabana. 6. Put some type of coverage on the fence so that passing cars dont see people walking around in bathing suits or parents changing their little ones. 7. If it rains that day and with lightening have, all phones ready to answer so that people may change their dates. Teach reps to not tell the customer that they can still come in while its still raining and lightning. Maybe have guest relations and management call those reservations and either cancel free of charge or reschedule free of charge. 8. Keep dress codes modest. NO THONGS. 9. Make purchasing military discount tickets an online thing and for cabanas. We have to check in at the ticket office anyway we can show military id then. 10. Allow for V.I.P. wristbands to be purchased for ALL rides.
