1 /5 Ajoke Onifade: This location dont deserve a star I wish I can give a -0. I went into location undecided if I wanted a full set with or refill . I then decided on refill then changed to full set some minutes later another person walked in and started on her nails after having me soak my nails he was nearly finished while my nails and fingers are turning white and irritated due to sitting in the solution for so long. He look at me and said he is almost finished with other customer mind you I was there first. I keep calm seeing that I have on PD uniform and said charge me for the service rendered then left. I will never come bk and months ago I helped this same owner with his fire alarms services for home. I will NEVER RETURNED bad customer services and nails jobs not so great anyway.. THE END

1 /5 Tovah Woodson: I would NEVER patronize this place of business! As soon as I walked in to ask if they had the glitter powder that Im used to having on my nails, I was told that not only do they not have it but I was accused of coming in once before to ask if they had it ( the ol I guess we all look alike thing) and he had an attitude the entire time!!!! I kindly let him know that Ive never been there before and will not EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! Customer service and politeness is key when Im spending my money somewhere!

1 /5 Hailey Jean: I went in there to remove acrylic nails and gel polish from my toes. There are only 2 ppl working. When I went in, there was 1 person getting a pedi and mani at the same time. Both of the workers were taking care of her. He told me to sit down to soak my acrylics off. He put the solution in laundry measuring cups and I had to put my hands in there. I was waiting for 10 min before he came back and filed SOME of the acrylic off which he was really rough and in a rush. Then he told me to put my hands back in the solution, and he went back to the other client. Then a girl from the back comes out (idk if she worked there) but she sat down and the lady went to her and started doin her nails as if I haven’t been waiting AND another lady was waiting for 20 min for a pedi. I’ve been to plenty of salons and this was the SLOWEST unprofessional one I’ve ever experienced. No wonder why ppl have quit working here and it’s just them 2. I got up to pay without getting my gel polish off my toes and STILL had acrylic on my nails and they charged me $15…of course I paid it cause I’m not that person, but I’ll never be back here again and I DON’T recommend anyone goin here.
