5 /5 shyrose maknojia: My daughter Inaya Maknojia got her highlights done by Helen on March 15, 2024 she did an amazing job on her hair she showed a picture of how she wanted the highlight color to look. Helen satisfied her with great results. I recommend everyone going to this salon because Helen and her workers will assist you in the perfect way. The staff members in the salon are kind and sweet too this salon is a go to place they do a fantastic job . I love their services.

Never coming here again. told her i was not satisfied and the employee started working on her hair like literally she started washing her hair and im standing right there! i got so upset that i went to talk to the owner and she came and took a pic of my car and told me to shut up! im a regular and owner knows me and my sisters. Im really disappointed and never coming back!

2 /5 sameeha: I went for a hair wash not even five minutes ago. I have pretty long hair so I suppose it could have been a bit overwhelming for the lady, but we paid extra so I don’t think it’s an excuse for what happened. After she washed and “rinsed” my hair we went to the chair to brush it. I notice my hair was super soapy so I squeezed it and saw millions of soap particles all over my hair that hadn’t been rinsed out. I had to go back to the hair wash station and ask her to rinse it again. She denied her mistake at first but I convinced her. I may be overreacting but I believe she rushed and took just as much time on my long hair as she would for a bob. I wish she had payed closer attention while rinsing since I paid her extra. However I believe it depends on the lady because my sister had an amazing experience with her hair wash.

I have been a loyal customer for years even after relocating to Katy area i came back to this place because of good services but im disappointed by the horrible attitude of the salon lady. She was rude and was badmouthing me. This was my last visit here. She was even taking pictures without consent, very very unprofessional of them! Also very poor customer service.
