1 /5 Nakia Chaffin: My experience was a 0/10. Definitely do not recommend this auto repair shop!! I went in because my car was running hot and was charged $620. They DID NOT fix the problem! My car is now in worse condition then it was before. Also it is still running hot! The staff all seem new and don’t know what they’re doing! I don’t usually leave reviews but PLEASE do not get any major repairs done at this place they will definitely overcharge you and not fix the problem. Everytime I called to get updates on my car they couldn’t seem to answer the questions. I could go on and on about how his horrible experience but moral of the story is PLEASE SKIP THIS PLACE !!!!! Do not waste your hard earned money !! I wouldn’t even let them fix a bicycle ! horrible place

1 /5 pranav kadam: Went in for simple oil change took over 40 minutes for them to do that. When it was done the mileage they reported to carfax and on the invoice is 174k my car barely has 58k miles. Ridiculous attitude and plainly said mistakes happen deal with it. Nothing can be done. Jose Reyes is the person. Stay away from this location.

5 /5 Brian McNeal: These guys have kept my car going when it should’ve died out YEARS ago! Friendly and efficient staff. Jesus and Alaa(spell check that) gave me awesome service on my car and at a fair price. As long as I’m in the GP area, this will be my go-to spot.

1 /5 Carrington Cashion: Brought in the car yesterday for a code P420 the mechanic insisted it was the sensor and cleared the code. Today, while driving an appointment, the light came back on and the car started sputtering again. Took it back in after. On my way the light turned off. When I got there I waited for 7 minutes for someone to come out. The same mechanic was trying to give me the run around saying it was either this or that and cant do anything until the car unless the light is on. Very disappointed with the service here since the new management took over. I would not recommend. I will most likely going somewhere else after the warranty on the cat expires.
