1 /5 selena: This was my first time getting my nails done here. And I had a very bad appointment. The lady that was doing my nails was not being attentive with my nails. I booked the tropical gel, and the lady completely skipped the cuticle and just went to the acrylic. When I told her about why she didnt do my cuticles, and she said shed do it after. From what I know, your supposed to do the cuticle before u start the gel. After the gel, she didnt even prep my cuticle, so I spent 60 dollars for nothing. She didnt clean up the gel correctly, so some of the gel is stuck on my skin ans under my nail.

Im usually not a confrontational person so thats the reason i didnt say anything but the nail tech looked like she really didnt know what she was doing when doing my acrylic nails and the style i wanted. I left a picture for reference for what i wanted vs what i got. Staff was very nice and atmosphere is good but i just definitely think that these are not $130 dollars worth.
