5 /5 Justin Tubbs: My family and I have been members of King’s Church since the beginning (7 years now). We can attest that King’s Church seeks to put King Jesus and the gospel of His glorious grace at the center of everything. From the carefully selected songs we sing, to the order of the service, the men’s and women’s studies, the children’s ministry curriculum, the books recommended, etc. everything is centered around the finished work of Jesus on our behalf and what it means for our lives. We have been involved in church situations that emphasize you and what you should be doing, rather than Christ and what He has done. Not so with King’s Church! It is all about the gospel! Rather than teaching “self-help” or moralistic “try harder” messages, King’s Church focuses on gospel-centered Bible preaching about our lost, sinful, and helpless state and God’s redeeming grace through the death and resurrection of His Son. In addition to the excellent Christ-centered preaching and teaching, King’s Church is such a wonderful church family! We have never been a part of such a truly loving and involved church community. Through all the ups and downs of life, the pastoral staff and church community has been there with us through it all. King’s Church has been and continues to be a vital support and our true family. We thank God daily for King’s Church and are grateful to have found such a wonderful, Christ-exalting church home.
