1 /5 Vanessa Ramos: This salon doesn’t care about you or your nails. I went in to have acrylics removed and they tore them off with an acrylic tip. They didn’t file the nails down before, soak them or use any form of acetone. This should’ve been a red flag for me but I figured maybe they knew what they were doing or maybe it would look okay when they finished.
I was in pain the whole time and told the technician “this hurts” and he said “don’t cry, okay?”
In the end, I spent $15 to have my nails look terrible. They’re weak and so sensitive now. I absolutely regret going here and will never go back.
