1 /5 mayany galindo: i went in at 7:10 only to be told at 8:40 they couldn’t do my nails. the ladies are LAZY and very unwelcoming. the only nice lady there is the owner. the rest are RUDE. they saw me waiting for the next available person and instead told me “come tmrw it’s too late for me and i want to go home.” if you knew you couldn’t do my nails at 7:10 when i walked in simply say that so i could look for some other place. all i needed was a refill but instead the one guy working was begging them to stay to do my nails and the ladies said no. HOW RUDE & UNWELCOMING.

f a: So the owner or the one in charge was so rude when I came to tell her that the nails on my right hand are all crooked and she said that they where not then she filled them instead of fixing them and she was just rushing instead of taking her time like the other nail techs do I had always come here cuz I loved how they did them but this nail tech did a horrible job I know I have appointments but there is no need to rush the other customers we are paying too

Daryl Jackson: The nail tech was friendly.I get the gel nail polish on my real nails everywhere Ive been it has lasted 3 weeks or longer it has only been 3 days since I visited this place and got my nails done they are already bubbling up and peeling off.Im a truck driver so its hard for me to return to get the issue fixed as we are in Indiana now we go to Laredo, TX at least 3 times a week but I will never return t I this establishment. The sad thing is it was a perfect place for me to go and get my nails done as we do our laundry across the street at Will Wash.Lesson learned if a nail salon isnt busy then there must be a reason why listen up nail techs and do the job right the first time .Sincerely Sherry Lusk the sad client.

Daniela Martinez: I went and asked for a hair cut. i had hair to my butt and asked for a small trim. i have her a specific length to remove and she cut double what i asked. she laughed it off and said “it’s still long i swear”. i asked her to style it because i felt like i needed to see it atleast styled in order to keep myself from crying from how it looked. hair is hair and i understand but i now have to have my hair in a pony tail because of the choppy cut and horrible layers.
