2 /5 Caitlin Clark: 5 stars for the scheduling process and the front desk lady. Very friendly, helpful, polite and easy to schedule. I sent a pic ahead of time to help schedule the correct person and time. The lady told me that it wouldn’t look exactly like the pic but they’d do their best. I was expecting differences but that it would be a senior tech and that it would come out well given the high reviews.
My nail tech (I don’t know her name) might have been having a bad day but she didn’t seem like she wanted to be doing my nails, barely spoke, didn’t look happy, etc.
The end product was not good - it was $75 and I tipped around $10. It was an hour and half appt. both the shape and the quality of the design were so bad that I stopped at another nail salon immediately after I left to reshape and cover in black polish. The shape - she did one side of each nail completely straight (square round) and the other side of each nail coffin. The right thumb nail was so drastic that it looked like the nail was crooked. I should have said something while I was there but I just wanted to leave.
I do wish they’d just told me they couldn’t do the design. Either way I still would have been unhappy with the shape.
