JP Auto and tire repair - Seguin (TX)

I was braking down in Seguin and took it to Jp were he was able to show me I had a blown water outlet gasket that was leaking all of the engine coolant. They didnt try to poke my eyes out and say I needed extra parts. They were able to get the part and fix my vehicle in a couple of hours. Showed me my bad part and got me back up and running on the road again at an affordable price. I can honestly say they helped me out at a time when it was definitely needed. Highly recommend this shop!

1 /5 Chase Von Ach: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE. USES BAD/INCORRECT PARTS AND TAKES ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY WHEN THE SHODDY WORK FAILS. DO NOT HIRE!!! UPDATE: my trustworthy mechanic informed me that all the (supposedly brand new lifters) were in fact old. They did not replace the lifters with new ones despite charging me $2400. I called and he claimed to have a receipt. I said, "Ok send me a picture of the receipt." He then said, "Oh yah Im looking for it but I dont know where its at." This is a con shop. I REPEAT THIS IS A CON SHOP. THEY WILL LIE AND DO THE BARE MINIMUM AND CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I said I would post a review of this and he said he doesnt care.

5 /5 Cristian Marrero: Best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. They do great work and really know about cars, great people, very reasonable they deserve to be best of the best in the seguin gazette. This a 5 star for me.

1 /5 Rhys Stewart: As an 18-year-old I do not recommend this place to nobody. I went to get an oil leaked fix. They didn’t even touch it. They charged me $180. I trusted them, but because I was 18 years old, they screwed me over and took my $180 and didn’t even touch the oil leak on my truck. My dad saw it was still leaking and thats how I knew they didn’t do anything.

5 /5 Tammie Kasky: Great Business! We came from out of town, pulling a 41 foot RV, and disparate need of service. It was about 5pm when I called and they told me they could help get my family back on the road. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend JP Tire and Mechanic Shop!
