5 /5 monica o: I absolutely love this place! I was struggling to find a good nail salon that has safe acrylic and Gel application in the Irving/Las Colinas area, but now i’ve found it! I was assisted within 10 minutes of arriving and when I didn’t like the gel color I originally picked, they helped me pick out a different shade that was more to what I envisioned for my nails. The prices weren’t out of the ordinary and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Excellent all around service. Thank you!!

1 /5 Isabel Estevez: Loved my nail tech. Been going there for years. Had a bad experience with the service this week. Had a pedicure and after about 5 hours later took a shower (verified the polish was dry but soft-I think the polish was old). The next morning, I noticed my toe polish wasn’t shiny and it looked smooched. I called the tech and she quickly replied to come back. I did and she wasn’t there. The owner very rudely stated I needed to wait anywhere from 1 to 2 hours and that I should have made an appointment. I did make an appointment for the next day. I showed up and said the nail tech did not show up to work and I would have to pay for another pedicure. Notice, I had already paid $50 + $10 tip 3 days prior. She yelled and treated me very disrespectful. Being in the customer service business myself, I would never treat anyone in this manner. I left and will NEVER come back to this nail salon. Stay away!!!
