1 /5 Matthew McKone: Brought my 2008 chevy equinox in because it was overheating. Jeff replaced the waterpump, radiator, and alternator for $1400. The car appeared fine and I was very excited to be able to reliably get back on the road. 30minutes after leaving his shop my car began to overheat again, just as it had. I called him and he told me to bring it back in to look at it. Time and time again, I would have to return over the next several weeks. I was told there didnt seem to be anything wrong with it. Additionally, he left my fog lights hanging from my bumper and the same day my driver side wiper stopped working. My car still has the problem. I continued to call

1 /5 Lawrence: Brought my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel to Jeff because it sometimes wouldnt start in the cold. It would start after a little while of trying but not on the 1st crank. He assured me hes worked on diesels before & will fix the problem which according to him was my injectors. He was supposed to replace the injectors with new ones. After a couple of weeks the new ones were finally installed & I picked up my truck. Everything seemed fine until I tried to get on the highway and go the speed limit 70 miles an hour. The truck immediately made this loud sound from the engine and a cloud of black smoke came from the exhaust. I pulled over immediately, called Jeff and told him what just happened. He tells me to bring it back in so I do. I told him he must have installed the injectors incorrectly. He ushers me no this is not the case it is something else. To prove his point he spends over $800 on a parts that he thinks need to be replaced without asking beforehand. He then discovers after putting on the new parts my truck still had the same issue. Several weeks have gone by and he ended up returning those parts because they were not the problem in the first place. He then decides to say your injectors are the problem. He said he could fix the problem and never did. This entire process took over 2 months and the issues still werent fixed. I had to get my truck towed to a different mechanic just to confirm what I already knew. He did not install my injectors correctly and they popped out while driving down the highway causing way more problems & my truck being undrivable. Over $2,000 lost & for what? More problems & a truck I cant drive mind you I dont have a 2nd car so more of my money down the drain.

5 /5 Kevin Harper: Ive been taking my cars to Jeff @ Joes Auto Repair since 1994. There is a reason I keep coming back. Jeff is honest, hard working, reasonably priced, and is a great mechanic. Any one of these qualities are hard to find and its almost impossible to find a mechanic with all these qualities. If you want good work at a reasonable price, go to Joes Auto Repair. You wont be disappointed!
