Michelle Sloas: Very disappointed in my hair that I had gotten highlights in over the past 2 weeks! I wanted fall highlights with blond highlights! Hair was red and purple with very little blond. I went in to get it fixed however the stylist had me book for the next Wednesday so she way over booked and worked on 4 people including me at the same time. She dismissed me by saying “Oh your hair looks great you have a lot of blonde in your hair “! I was really dismissed, I feel, because she had overbooked for that day! I wanted this first picture and the following pictures is what I ended up with! Very disappointed!
Update 11-12-24
Went in today and got my hair like I was wanting it! The owner, Melissa, was very nice and added more blonde highlights to take care of all the red! Also gave me a leave in conditioner to help with any dryness! Thank you!
Mark Johansen: This place has revamped the outside and it looks great. Theres one large store that still remains empty and I am very eager to see what goes into fill it. I frequent several of the other new stores in this complex and hope to see sam improvements made to other shopping centers in the area. The shopping center that includes the Chinese buffet needs to take heed and get going on that remodel. It looks very run down and the parking lot is a mess. Truly, the worst of shopping in the Seguin area is now the shopping area that includes the Chinese buffet and the Goodwill store.
David B: I’ve only used Van and she does an excellent job on my haircuts.
Edit: Unfortunately the beautiful Van retired and I now use Kiko as recommended by her. He does a fantastic job and really pays attention to detail around the ears and eyebrows and unwanted hairs. I highly recommend him. It’s a lot more pricey then Van but still worth it
Stormy Ellis: I could not be happier! I had tears of happiness as I left her salon! She color matched perfectly to my roots! I went to the store after I left her salon and everyone was complimenting the color and my husband absolutely loves it! Heather saved my hair from the mess it was! I will definitely be going back as well as family!
Madhu Chugani: Kari is a wonderful person. She keeps her word, no matter what.
I had an appointment with her on a Tuesday, but she had a death in the family and had to cancel. But I also had to attend a wedding the next day. So she called me in to do my hair, on Monday night. That’s what I call dedication and conviction. She’s the BEST.
Marianna Espinoza: The salon is beautiful and we didnt have to wait. The haircuts me and a family member got there did not at all match the images I shared with them or the description provided. We used two different stylists hoping for a better outcome the second time. This place is just not for me or my family.
