1 /5 Gloria Price: I went in there a bit over a year ago. I was looking to get my hair fixed after an at home color mishap. I basically needed the color lifted via bleaching, I suppose, and then a lighter color deposited. The hairdresser that I spoke to basically started laughing at me. As if I were the only person in the world to whom this could have happened. I cant even remember what he suggested afterwards. I left and decided to never give them my business. So unprofessional!

Marlene did it all in one day, the color came out amazing and she gave me all the information needed to care for my newly bleached hair, she was great and walked me step by step through the process. I’ve been trying to find a reputable hairstylist for years and I finally have, she has many years of experience and is from Miami and is truly wonderful!! If you’re looking for someone new give her an opportunity, I promise you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Marlene!

Jose orozco: Yesterday, Thursday October 24, 2024 I went to cut my hair at this place, had never had any issues and I approach the business and the door was closed, the son of the owner told me it was already closed, that they closed 15 minutes before 6PM. I told him it was 10 minutes till closing time. Than I told him to change his sign to 5:45 closing time. Told me to go and complain anywhere, but that he was closed, again I told him about the sign, and he said he was going to change it to 4PM, and I told him que payasito. Again told me it was closed, very bad customer service, I just hope people can read this and report it, like I am.
