Pro-Cuts - denton - Denton Dareion H: I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your salon. I had high hopes for my first visit, as I had read so many great reviews about your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Frankie, who checked me in and led me to her chair. I explained that I was nervous, as I usually have my hair done by one person, but I was willing to give your salon a try. I also mentioned that my hair tangles easily and had brushed it out and braided it beforehand.
Frankie proceeded to cut off my braids in one fell swoop, without any regard for the length or style I had requested. I was shocked but tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, as the haircut progressed, it became clear that Frankie had no idea what she was doing. She hacked away at my hair with no precision or care, grabbing chunks and cutting them off without measuring or consulting with me.
The final result took less than 20 minutes and was a disaster. My hair is now uneven, with no discernible layers, and looks nothing like what I had asked for. I am devastated by the outcome and have received many negative comments from friends and family.
I had hoped to become a regular customer at your salon, but after this experience, I cannot in good conscience return. I urge you to take my feedback seriously and ensure that your stylists are properly trained and capable of providing quality service to your clients.

One week after the hair was installed there were already major issues with the Hair We spoke with the stylist, let her know our issues She disregarded I went four weeks with Hair that looked awful. Hoping things would change when I got into her room again I once again told her the problems and the concerns. She was adamant that this was the best hair on the market and really pushed for us to purchase this brand, which was supposed to be wavy, but never ever waved. After going into that four week appointment. She was very confident that she would be able to fix the issues I was having with the Hair. The hair was always a mess. The photos I am providing our photos of me two hours after leaving her salon This is what my hair look like all the time. Please know that I go once every five days and have my hair, professionally washed and styled, I do not wash it myself, but I do fix it every single day. Hair is an investment and it should have you feeling confident especially if you have a good stylist who listens to you.
This stylist does not. I walked around, looking like this for weeks when I shouldāve just taken the hair out myself. She has since stated that we didnāt know how to take care of the hair and that is why it looks the way that it did. I have been wearing extensions on and off for 10 years. I would never use a stylist again, and I do not recommend her to anyone.
Nannette Bishop at Studio One Salon - Denton Brittany Brothers: Nannette Bishop has been doing mine and my families hair for years and I would not go to anyone else! She listens to what we want and is very concerned with making sure we are happy with her work, which we always are. She is very flexible and patient with working with our schedules and needs. Her space is very clean and well decorated and her prices are very affordable. I suggest her to EVERYONE I know and I know without a doubt they will be glad they saw her. She really does "beautify the world, one client at a time"!

SUPERCUTS - denton - Denton Crystal Bivins: Im very disappointed and heart broken to see how my daughter was treated during her service with Britney. She was excited to have the salon experience and donate 8-9 inches of her hair, and told me that same night it wasnt the cut like the photo and was deeply hurt. She expressed how it made her sad that the stylist didnt talk to her at all and that she said "did we just decide not to brush our hair today?" And "why do you keep moving so much?". Is this how she treats all her clients? I asked for tips on how to style at home and was given a vague "honestly anything works". The stylist knew she was donating her hair; there was no communication when she was going to start cutting, if my daughter liked the length, she wouldnt even look at the reference photo before she started cutting her hair. I should have listened to my gut and asked for a more professional stylist. After her service was done, she walked to check out, didnt even tell us we were done, then took my card and I had to ask her how much I was being charged today. No receipt, nothing. I am very disappointed. At first my daughter told me she loves it, then later that night was very upset and told me its nothing like the photo, theres no layers, no curls or waves, and shes worried kids will laugh at her new haircut. Shes 8. This was supposed to be a fun experience for her and I wish I could have taken her to someone who would have respected her and didnt make her feel degraded. I hope they set higher standards for their staff in the future.
