5 /5 Sareh Pistole: Before my appointment, I spoke with the front desk about my anxiety regarding dental visits. They validated my feelings, and every staff member was incredibly supportive. Although my anxiety remained high, their efforts to make me comfortable and create a safe environment allowed me to discuss my feelings and express any concerns I had. Overall, the dentists demeanor was welcoming, and he carefully walked me through the necessary procedures, ensuring that I understood everything. The main goal of this office is to provide the best care possible, and I felt that the moment I walked in! 10/10 recommend!

3 /5 Mariana Aranda: If you have a big procedure try to get scheduled early in the day vs something around 3:30 or later. Aside from that I’m sure all other cleanings go smoothly. Staff was incredible, I love the ideal dental offices but I was scheduled pretty late in the day (their availability not mine) then penalized bc it took me quite a bit to read over the paper work as I struggle with a lot of cognitive issues and it was a big procedure of getting all wisdom teeth out which I had no information on the procedure or what to expect prior to surgery all while rushing through my post op recovery. I admire the docs hard work & that everyone was able to get out of work in time to close but I didn’t get a receipt for an $800 payment printed or emailed. No dr notes were provided, I asked for the packet of post op care as I was trying my best to speed read through but they couldn’t give it to me, only a condensed flyer with little to half the information on how to recover to which the packet had about 5 pages of specific care broken down by each day of recovery. As someone with severe mental illness it’s incredibly hard to take care of myself living alone and I wish I would have been scheduled at an earlier time to get a full consultation, instead of being told to just reschedule bc I can’t comprehend or take in all the information they were giving me :c (again no fault to the staff only my own mental issues) I decided to just rush through consult & agreement. I love this office chain, the staff and the surgeon did an amazing job as I’m in much less pain now than before but it was pretty overwhelming due to my short comings mentally.

5 /5 LA_ 45: Dr. Coleman is awesome with me and my kids! Super friendly staff and they can get you in fast. I have dental anxiety and they worked with me the entire way through my procedure. We will definitely be returning.
