1 /5 Lynne Dowell: I had a horrible experience recently. I made an appointment for just a pedicure at 1:30. It’s Christmas week so I knew they would be busy, but I had one lady working on me the whole time and I didn’t leave until 3:20. During my appointment I got a pretty bad cut on my toe. It hurt when she cut me and she couldn’t get the bleed to stop. Even when I went to pay the blood was going onto my white toe polish. I asked if I could get a discount because it the quality wasn’t great and my toe wouldn’t stop bleeding. They looked at me like I was crazy and then offered me a $5 discount but refused to stamp my loyalty card because of the discount (which is fine because I won’t be back). Very disappointed more with how I was treated than the actual cut although it still looks awful two days out and is in pain.

1 /5 Reema Khan: Worst experience in my entire life. I came in for a full set, the receptionist made me sit on a chair and instantly two ladies started working on me. Such confusion, one is tapping my feet to put them in or out the water, other one trying to do my hands and nearly cut my skin with my nails! The receptionist trying to find my color and then didn’t have the one I wanted! A relaxing evening turned out to be a stressful one! To top it off the nails were done so bad that next day they were chipping out and my hair was getting caught in them. I called them n was told they will fix it and I specified that I wanted an experienced person n not the same one. However, when I went there, the receptionist simply said that there is nothing wrong and that she can feel it!! I told them to fix the shape n re do the nails but the same person came and just blamed me for choosing the shape and color which has nothing to do with the concern I had. It looks like a kid has played with my nails . I had to walk away cause they were simply not ready to accept their bad service and made it seem as if I did wrong to them. I left the salon cause I would rather not waste my time. The nail technician and the receptionist laughed and mocked as I walked out ! It’s not even a week and my nails looks a month old .

Her French nails are stunning, with perfect curves and delicate tips. Her dip manicures are super thin yet incredibly strong. Professional, passionate, and hygienic, Katies work is flawless. For a wonderful nail artistry, shes the one to see. Highly recommended!

My shellac manicure and pedicures always last past three weeks, and the quality is fantastic. I have even taken my husband and he now enjoys his monthly pedicures! Definitely love and recommend them.

5 /5 Ashalyn Alexander: My experience was great. Reasonable prices. The staff was nice & they did a great job with my pedicure. I love that they offer massage services while getting your feet done. I felt relaxed. I can’t recall the name of the lady who took care of me yesterday; but she was great. Lynnh is very nice as well =)
