Seth Coker: The best experience Ive had with any major repair work in years. Jaime not only worked patiently with my insurance and my inconvenient schedule, but also went the extra mile to ensure I had transportation during the repair period, not to mention how quickly he performed the work, and the repaired car is immaculate! This is the only body shop for mine and my households needs from now on!

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Bastrop
Maria Benumea: Firestone Complete Auto Care store #788403 was amazing! The staff did an incredible job with the service of our car. Staff member named Hunter accepted our vehicle even though it was near the closing time and he had several clients whom were already getting their issues wrapped up for the day. We were passing through, had an issue with our engine light and couldnt continue our trip back which was still 135 miles from home. Thank you Hunter and Firestone! You found the issue with our vehicle and were able to repair the same evening to get us back safely on the road. We definitely will be a returning customer with your companys locations.
    3rd Generation Auto, BASTROP,TX 78602 - Bastrop
Kait M: Absolutely no communication once you drop your car off, no updates, no pricing info, noone answers the phone and when I got the car back unfixed, after several weeks, it was dirty and pieces were left undone on the interior and under the hood.
Big Brand Tire & Service - Bastrop
Philip Lawhon: Excellent customer service! Office manager “Kim” is the BEST!!! Big Brand tires just bought out the multi decade local owned mom and pop shop “Bernard Tires” here in Bastrop. They are very thorough workers that take pride in what they do. I will continue to bring all my personal vehicles and my work lease vehicle here! Philip

    Covert Chevrolet Service - Bastrop
    Covert Chevrolet Service
Dorian Gray: Hands down the worst service experience I have ever had. During the 4th of July flooding across the Texas Hill Country, we were one of many families in town to pick up a scared camper…our camper was safe but our 2015 Tahoe car broke down on the trip. We had the car towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealership because we figured that was the best way to ensure timely, accurate and honest diagnostics and repair. The truck and keys were dropped off after business hours on July 6th with a detailed note attached to the keys in the after hours key drop. We had a good idea what the issue was and so we asked that the starter be repaired and a diagnostic for any other issues be run. The following day, Monday July 7, a few hours into business hours I called the dealership to ensure they received the note, keys and car. I was surprised they hadn’t called yet - so called to make sure all was on track. Initially they said they didn’t have the car or know anything about it. Told me the car and keys hadn’t been properly dropped off although we literally used the diagnosed after hours key drop for service. A few hours later the car and keys were found, exactly where I had said they’d both been dropped off. A little weary of the level of disorder but also being a 2 hour drive away from the dealership (we live in Houston), I asked what they thought the turn around time for a diagnostic and was told I’d know something by Wednesday, two days later, July 9. For the next 13 days I texted my assigned advisor asking for an update. If I didn’t reach out, no one would contact me. In a few occasions I expressed how desperate I was for an estimate le timeline for repair. And was told time and time again that it would be any moment but it took over 2 weeks to even be given the slightest hint at what the issue was. Once the diagnostic was run I was sent a laundry list of items totaling $8,000 in repairs. Needless to say - we repaired the starter and brought the car back to Houston to be looked at by a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. This dealership should be ashamed at the opportunistic and shady practices of their service department. I would not ever purchase a car from Covert knowing that their service department cannot be trusted or counted on. Sadly I think the dealership felt empowered to lie to me time and time again about timing and then offering thousands in unnecessary repairs because I am a woman from out of town. It’s safe to say, they thought I was an easy target. I’ll never return to this dealership and rest assured neither will our family in Roasanky, Lockhart, Smithville and surely not Houston. Make the drive to Elgin, Austin or Houston for first class Chevrolet service - but surely stay away from Covert…where the only thing covert about their operation is transparency in timing, pricing and sexism.
Crash Champions Collision Repair Bastrop - Bastrop
Roman Garcia: They are garbage, they are crooks. Do NOT use them for any vehicle repairs. Especially the location in Bastrop TX. I took my vehicle to them and they did more damage to my vehicle then repairs they were supposed to do. I tried to contact their corporate officer and I have yet to receive any communication from them. They are frauds, even though my repairs were covered by an insurance claim, I feel that they overcharged they and committed insurance fraud.
