1 /5 Roman Garcia: They are garbage, they are crooks. Do NOT use them for any vehicle repairs. Especially the location in Bastrop TX. I took my vehicle to them and they did more damage to my vehicle then repairs they were supposed to do. I tried to contact their corporate officer and I have yet to receive any communication from them. They are frauds, even though my repairs were covered by an insurance claim, I feel that they overcharged they and committed insurance fraud.

5 /5 Austin Kennedy: I went to Crash champions for a slight accident. When I was quoted over 2,000$ for the same problem at other repair shops.Crash champions saved me over thousands of dollars and, the job turned the car to look back to factory shape. Would recommend for anyone in bastrop county.

1 /5 Ray Mcneill: Failure to property communicate information. I had an accident and while that part was being repaired, I had damage I was going to pay for and made. I clearly communicated this to the clerk. Repairs are almost done and I stopped by to work out how I was going to pay for the damages I was going to pay for. I find out no work had been done and the requires I requested had been done. I signed the authorization for work but evidently it only applied to the part covered by insurance. No one told me another authorization was needed for the work I was paying for. As a result with one week of work remaining on the part pied for by insurance, they will need the vehicle for an additional 2 weeks to do remaining work, I am paying for. Costing me 2 weeks of rental car fees for the work they should have been doing during the 3 weeks they had already had the vehicle.
