The man was nice, but I did see a woman be turned away from a walk-in by saying "appointment only," but I was a walk-in as well. This was a second choice to proximity, and Im usually not picky with my nails and nail salons, but yikes

That was a definite plus to actually be able to explain what I wanted and carry on a nice conversation! I will definitely make this my nail salon from now on!

They are meticulous on cleaning the cuticles and prepping the nail bed for application and my nails always last more than a month. Make sure you book an appointment ahead of time!

I get my nails done in New Braunfels but I had somewhere to go in a hurry and needed to fix ONE nail, I asked if they could use any color similar (paint, dip, acrylic) anything just to make my nails look better for ONE night. Man at the front kept telling me they don’t do that color? I asked if I could just find a polish that kinda matched and he wouldn’t even let me past the front to look? My cousin came here once and told me how rude these people are and she just proved my point. I told them I would pay, whatever I needed to do and he still refused. No wonder this place has no stars

Yet I get more done and love the work. Its nice and clean. The only problem here is that they get super busy. So I highly recommend making an appointment.
