1 /5 EDDIE15: Worst customer service i arrived to the shop not knowing which shop has the office he came up to me with bad attitude and then asked if this was the truck and I said yes then he asked you want it done today and I said hopefully yess and he said hell no not know or checking what is the problem or at least to tell me that it cant be done today *Steves auto & Truck repair

1 /5 Guadalupe Gutierrez: Racist people. Very rude. My buddy and I walked in and one of the workers did not want to help us. Mid age white guy.

3 /5 Jonathan: Not going to bomb them due to prices.. Im sure they do satisfactory work however, prices are way out of line. Called around for quotes and they literally quoted me more than dealer price for a water pump job. Shops from here to Tyler were all about half of what this shop quoted.. learn to just say, I dont have time or you dont want to do a job.. I would at least call back for something else .

5 /5 Mark Thomas: Walked in with no appointment with a disaster. Steves evaluated the problems and let me know an itemized list of issues and an estimate by the next early afternoon. They put in a new front end by the next day. Unfortunately, the parts supplier sent one wrong item. But Steves had it within another 24 hours. So within 48 hrs, I had a new front end & alignment on a 4x4, and it was within the estimate! I will be back.
