5 /5 Sam Brown: I have been a patient since 2012. Dr. Hewitt has always looked out for whats best for me. I generally can get in to see her with a short wait, or if in a rush one can always see the P.A.. If looking for a new doctor that truly has your back and whats best for you look no further.

2 /5 Deborah L: Something to consider before you schedule here: Their staff is ALWAYS going to be"busy assisting another caller" and the person at ext. 312 is NEVER going to be available to take your call, and by the way, will also NEVER return your call, if you leave a message. The only way you will EVER get an answer/response, is if you select option 8 (the option for medical professionals), at which time staff will AMAZINGLY be through assisting all other callers and will INSTANTLY be available to take your call. However, once they realize you are not a professional, you may/may not get your call resolved. If you are blessed enough to get a message through to the nurse practitioner, Cindy Ibert, she will do her best to get something done for you, as she truly is caring and compassionate. (The 2 stars are for her, though she alone deserves 5.) I cant say the same for the Dr, as she didnt bother to show up for the appointment. Staff also left me hanging for over an hour before telling me she wasnt coming.

5 /5 Holley Ray: If you are looking for a sign on what doctor to choose here’s the sign!! Pick this one!! I love Dr. Hewitt, her office, and her knowledgeable kind nurse practitioner Ivy. After fifteen years of being misdiagnosed by other doctors...Dr. Hewitt immediately knew I had lupus. From ages 5-20 my parents and I were told my skin was just different from everyone else’s (I had a lupus butterfly rash and molded skin)...when asked about my joint pain the doctors said it was growing pains...then as a young nurse I was sick all the time (strep, flu, pain...Etc.) was labeled as a hypochondriac and prescribed antidepressant...all the test confirmed she was right..and I was relieved to know I wasn’t crazy or depressed. Fast forward 16 years she’s taken care of me (as well as my whole family). What I am forever grateful for is that my daughter (who has confirmed lupus) will never be made to feel like she doesn’t know her body or is crazy due to Dr. Hewitt’s correct diagnosis. I have had cousins test positive for lupus (out of state) that got tested due to me knowing I have two auto immune disease. That’s the epic part. I could write a chapter on the quality of this establishment.

I felt like I was in the twilight zone just trying to get a referral and having to call over ten times, then insisted I needed to be seen in person just for me to tell them what I already told them (the doc I needed a referral to name and phone number) —had 2 appointments for this in 2 weeks cancelled on me for who knows what and of course they really only wanted me to come in so they could collect my copay and get paid. Waited an hour for the doc to come in for two minutes and say “ok you need a referral? What’s the docs name and number? Ok we are done” Really? So what I had already told you over the phone... I have no clue why anyone would go here.

4 /5 Diane Smith: Never felt so at ease and trusting with a doctor since my Walkers retired - only problem is its difficult to reach her sometimes, and recently even her nurse practitioner was out too. But she is kind and does not push procedures on me; allowing me to make my own decisions (within reason).
