5 /5 Harland Vernon: I came to see Dr Carly who became my favorite physicians Assistant after dealing with Vanessa and Judy from her staff. I love this office because they seem to love me and genuinely care about my health. Its kind of important when you go see a doctor. And this office is worthy of my trust even knowing a little too much for my own good nowdays. Special.shout out to Judy at the front desk as their admin. Shes the best. Always makes me smile and feel handsome. Id recommend this office to anyone in the Baytown area if you want a genuine doctor that cares about you.

5 /5 Juanita Murillo: Ive been going to the office for years now, yes it recently changed but ill continue to go. Friendly, professional, explain and answers my questions each time i have to go. Flexible with my work schedule, polite over the phone. Taking prescriptions is nothing new, its been that way since Ive gone. They keep records up to date.

1 /5 Ginger Creme: If I could give zero stars , I would. Ive been to this office twice. Though, on my second visit, they had "no record of my previous visit." And "no record of the stack of medical records" from my previous doctor that I brought to my first appointment. The PA that did my exam had a horrible bedside manner, despite the fact that I explained from the beginning that I am somewhat phobic of doctors. The PA was not kind. She was snarky and rude, outlining all of the things that I was "overdue for." By the time she started my exam, I was in tears. She recommended that I get a mammogram (one of the things I was overdue for) and we agreed she would order a cologuard kit to be mailed to my home (the other thing I was overdue for). She also did a well-woman checkup, including pap. Weeks later, I got a phone call from the office stating that the collection cup used for my pap was expired and I would have to come back to redo it. The cologuard kit never arrived in the mail. And while I got a letter from the hospital stating that my mammogram came back normal, within a week, the hospital started calling again to schedule a follow up ultrasound, based on "abnormal results" that was apparently ordered by this PA - though she never called to discuss any of that with me. Regarding records, if you go to this office, youll notice signs all over stating patients are to bring their prescriptions in the original bottles to EVERY appointment. Based on my own missing records, I can only assume that this policy is because they dont keep very good records. This office exemplifies everything WRONG with healthcare.

1 /5 Jason Clarke: Rudest receptionist I have ever experienced.. I was a patient for 6 years but decided to leave indefinitely because the receptionists bad attitude and smart mouth .

1 /5 Cheryl Garst: The MA who checked me in was not empathetic. The NP came in and was in and out quickly. I was upset. I have a lot of health issues that needed to be addressed. The head MA came in and calmed me down. As it turned out I was scheduled a 10 minute appointment but was lead to believe it was an establish patient appointment. My daughter heard me setting up my appointment as I had them on speaker. head MA asked me to give them another chance. I did the following Thursday, which was better. They couldn’t draw blood because I have hidden veins so I had to come back the next day, Friday. The head MA was able to get a sample out of a vein in my hand and she didn’t hurt me with the stick, I was pleased but she seemed a lot colder than she was Monday. I told her the pulse ox wasn’t left on my finger long enough for a reading and it had a line. She said our pulse ox don’t leave lines. I said I’m not lying. She said I’m not calling you a lier. I said I know what I saw. I live the NP I saw Thursday but I’m not sure about anything else. I’ll give them another chance as I don’t see a PCP that often. Strike 3 they are out.
