5 /5 Amy Tarpein: Recently, my van broke down in Pampa, TX, On our way to Phoenix. I was stranded with five kids and limited medical supplies for my terminally ill son. I contacted Felix, and he arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, and listed a few possible causes. Since the parts stores were closed, he returned the next morning. He worked on my van multiple times during the following days until we were able to get back on the road. This guy is truly a blessing!
