I previously went to this shop about a month ago and I had a lot of issues. I came in with issues that werent fixed and I am still having these issues. Since, leaving the shop and writing my first bad review they called and paid for a majority of the work they did. I was fine with sucking it up and paying for a new battery because they killed it. I was fine with their resolution. This is my follow up review. I took my car to a Honda dealership TODAY (8/1/25) to do full a multi-point inspection and change my CVT transmission fluid. During their inspection, they show me a large tool and vice grips left in my engine. I dont work on my car nor does my bf. Sparx is the only mechanic to do work on my car. They had did work around my belt and pulley, rotor fan, etc. Please dont use this mechanic. That was beyond careless and could have damaged my engine. (No one else could have done this. They were the last person to do any kind of work on my car and I havent had any work with my engine done ever). They have a lot of cars going in and out but it doesnt mean they are actually taking the proper time needed to do the job correctly. I thought everyone should know.
