1 /5 Loren Lopez: Regular customer here. I came in for a nail fill only to get the fill not the same color as my previous set. I mentioned it to them when I noticed without them telling me. They said chrome would cover it but I asked to see the chrome before he did all of my nails to see if I’d like it. I did not like it and so I asked to do white shellac. He kept huffing, pulling my arm hard, and shuffling his things almost as a throw. When I asked the manager to take my set off because the paint was uneven and patchy he told me basically that’s how white looks. Had I known I would have went a different route before we did white but I’m not professional and wasn’t sure how they expected me to know that without voicing it to me. I was asked to pay for the soak off and fill. I have never complained there and normally love their work. This situation showed me they don’t care for loyal customers and would rather not help and get an attitude when a customer voices an issue.
