2 /5 Matt Sampson: Gone here twice. The first cut wasnt bad. the second cut was a disaster. She pressed on, but it looks lumpy and uneven, and the lines near my ears are patchy. I asked for 1/4 in off the top, just a clean up. She showed me about a half.... then took a full inch halfway through. She had no idea what she was doing. Asked for help and got some advice.... but ultimately, shouldnt have finished the cut. In the end, the damage was done. I wont come back for more. Ill just spend more money somewhere else to get it fixed. Id give it 1 star, but they were friendly and trying hard.
