She was very knowledgeable about hair, hair types, vitamins etc. I learned quite a bit that I didnt know. She was personable and made the experience pleasant, I really enjoyed the personalized phrase, it made the moment even more special. I will definitely be back.

Jane: After surviving two tragic “Karen style hair style bubble cuts,” I knew it was time to find a new hairdresser. My old stylist used to be amazing, but lately, things had taken a turn for the worse. No matter how clearly I explained and showed what I wanted, I kept leaving the salon looking like I was about to "Demand to Speak to A MANGER KAREN HAIR!" Not my vibe! Called Craft and enter Dennis. From the moment I sat in his chair, I knew I was in the presence of greatness. He took one look at my poor, over-bleached "barn straw straight hair" and basically staged an intervention. “Your hair is very OVER BLEACHED and that is why it is straight dead,” he informed me. “Let’s make it happy again.” And oh, did he deliver! He washed, conditioned, cut, and styled my hair into something worthy of slow-motion movie style hair flips. I walked out looking fabulous—the curls were bouncy, the style was effortless, and for the first time in a long time, my hair and I were on vibes of happiness again! Dennis gave me Five-star service and really "listened" to me. He explained what was possible and why other options were not possible for my hair. I just wish I had taken a before photo so you could witness the miracle he worked. I feel so relieved he knew what my hair needed. Dennis, you are a hair hero. THANK YOU! Elizabeth Wise: This used to be a great store with amazing customer service. Today i took my daughter in the store and was 1st treated like a criminal, 2nd the man was very short tempered with us. Although they did not have the correct fit he blantantly told me we could not try on anything else because he obviously doesnt have her size. Also he accused her of putting a stain on a dress that she already awknoledged with us and which he heard was there. This place just lost my buisness and every other person who asks about dresses will never be sent here again.

Pretty Prettygirl: I received three bundles of hair, and when I went to the hairdresser, she installed two of them. However, as she started installing the third bundle, she asked if I had used the bundles before. I told her no, that I had just purchased them. It turns out they sold me used bundles, and they refused to take responsibility or show any accountability. They even lied, claiming they only source their products from a warehouse. But would a warehouse really supply dirty and old hair tracks? I’m going out of town tomorrow, so I had no choice but to get my hair done, but I’m extremely upset that they sold me used bundles. They clearly don’t care about their customers and only take advantage of them.

A K: I initially wanted a haircut at Salon Kawi to fix a bad cut from a previous salon but the owner, Peter, recommended the only way to fix my hair the way I wanted was to trim it more and perm it. Me being open to trying new styles and having some free time, I went with his recommendation. Three hours later... We went from straight flat thinning hair to a natural wavy perm to give my hair some volume and texture. Im still getting use to post-care but so far, its been really easy to maintain and style.
