5 /5 cherrywaves 2: My daughter got a huge transformation done here the other day and she really loves it. I work ALOT and there are not many salons open on Sunday when I could take her so it was amazing to find a place that allowed walk ins and was open Sunday and could do a huge change like this. One salon I called actually said they "didnt prefer" to do big changes on people younger than 18. I do understand that younger people might freak out more if they dont like it but when we told the lady at great clips she just asked if she was sure and then did the cut in like 15 min. I had planned on getting frozen yogurt (since sweet frogs is right next door)and watching a movie on my phone with my young daughter but before we even got done at sweet frog they were done with her hair. It was awesome. They also have her alot of tips on ways to style it since it was new to her so that was very helpful.

1 /5 Kristin McCool: Walked out of there crying cause she was so rude and refused to cut my little boy (1year old) hair cause he was crying and I told her ahead of time cause hes super shy and she was so so rude to me before I even had my son in the chair. So so unprofessional

5 /5 Brian: Straight forward cut, close to home. Style is saved into the system to get similar results each time. Stylists have always been caring and thoughtful, tasteful music, and good at time keeping. Always a relaxing experience.

1 /5 Megan Parker: I got my hair cut last Thursday, I had about 5 inches taken off and then long layers added in. I usually wear my hair up and I straightened it on Saturday morning and realized that the layers she had done were SUPER choppy, it looked like Edward scissor hands just chopped away at the bottom few inches of my hair. I went back in today to have someone blend my layers in and fix it up, the women who helped me barely spoke English, another stylist was trying to explain to her what to do, and then after 5 minutes of getting my hair and face sprayed with water, she combs up a section of my hair and says, you have no layers, to fix anything Ill have to cut all of your hair an inch shorter. I walked out after that and wont ever be back.
