I wouldnt let anyone else cut my familys hair but her. Ive been following her almost stalking to be honest for several years. This lady needs a raise for going above and beyond!!

Jacob cut brother’s hair and was friendly and easy to work with as I helped communicate what my brother wanted. I appreciated Jacob’s input to help guide my brother in understanding his cut. Brother has special needs and while he’s 56, he’s much like a child so it can be different at times in helping him but he loves his haircut and we will visit Great Clips again here in Seguin.

1 /5 Sam And Jesse Ramos: Been to this location a handful of times since it opened, today was two older stylist. 42 years of life and this is no doubt the worse haircut I’ve ever had, a fade with no blend, waves in my hair like the clippers were just as old, the one that cut my hair can never figure out when I check myself and my son in. Have a party tomorrow and told my wife we need to buy a hat to cover this horrific cut. Usually don’t leave bad reviews but, 46 dollars for 2 haircuts and tips that I shouldn’t have given, a review isn’t as bad as my hair.

I always give Ashley free rein in my hair because I know that she knows what she’s doing and takes her time to do it right. My hair is naturally very dark brown to black and gray so when I told her I wanted to go platinum blonde she didn’t blink. She said it’s going to be a process but we will get you there. And — of course she did! Whether you are young or old, have long or short, curly or straight hair she will adapt. I’m so happy I found Ashley when I did. She is kind, caring, talented and hilarious too. I enjoy my appointments and know I’m in great hands. I’d give her 100 stars if they had them but 5 will have to do.

I offered up the prior experience and she ignored it and my request to go darker. Im convinced that she may need to revisit mixology and toning. Learned my lesson!!! Will not be back. 0/10
