1 /5 Nataha Tovar: We called to make an appointment not from the area, they said we didn’t need one to show up. Get there and they oh well there’s a wait list.waited about 20 minutes as we are called the girl asks what kind of a hair cut I shows a picture my first time cutting my kids hair, she says I don’t think I can do that it was a simple hair cut off of google, I tell her okay just do what you think and cut majority his hair off she proceeds to do it. 15 minutes in she’s is almost done comes up to me and says that my child has lice eggs which i was completely unaware of I would have never taken him in but he had just a few like she pointed out, if I had know id never would have taken him for a haircut. She literally chops his whole hair off and fixed up all the edges every is looking nice to not fix just his bangs she left his bangs super long honestly that was left I know she has to follow whatever protocol but she literally cut his whole head off just needed the bag part of his hair which she could have done
