4 /5 Jimmy De Los Santos: I really like going to cut my hair there because they already know what I want with my hair cut. Also, their online check in is really convenient. When I checked in online, there was a 26 minute wait. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line.

1 /5 Michael Robinson: I checked in online showing I was #6 in line. I parked out front and I’m still #6 in line. I see no activity so I walk in and no one is waiting. ?? She asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I told her I’m in the system with my particulars. She asked me again so I explained how I wanted it but she didn’t follow directions and I came out with almost a buzz cut. Yes, I tried to stop her but it was too late once the first zip was done. We argued for a minute and she did her best to make up for it, but no dice.

5 /5 Shelly Alaniz: Went to Big Spring a week ago.. Serena cut my oldest son’s hair and did an amazing job!! We will definitely make that 40 minute drive and keep going back!! She’s super sweet, funny and really makes sure her clients are satisfied with their hair cut!!
