5 /5 Ana Barefield: I came in at 6:30 just before they closed because I was disappointed about how my pedicure had turned out at another well-known salon in Round rock. I showed Abbey & Jimmy a picture for reference of what I wanted. A very very simple daisy design. Jimmy was kind and pleasant and he worked quickly to remove the polish from the other shop and replaced it with exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be making this my new spot. They were friendly, hopeful, and the pedicure chairs were luxurious! The places clean and calm. I loved it.

5 /5 Tyning Edwards: I moved here from Kansas City four years ago and had been searching for someone who had a similar technique as my technician in KC. I tried other salons, and when I thought I had found someone, they moved or left. I stopped by Grandlux on a whim and spoke to Abby. I showed her a picture of my nails done by my former technician and she immediately indicated, without hesitation, yes, “I can do this technique!” I scheduled an appointment and I was very very pleased with the results. Abby understood the assignment! The salon is clean. The staff is friendly. They serve complimentary drinks. They seem to run a very organized business and that is very much appreciated. If you are looking for a new nail salon/spa, I definitely recommend their services. You will appreciate the experience!

5 /5 dasiah Bagley: Salon is gorgeous. Customer service is an 10/10! Even though I went in an hour before closing the technicians still gave me top tier service. Shoutout to Helen and Apple!! A bit pricey but definitely worth it!

1 /5 Andrea Alaniz: I recently visited Grand Lux Nail Salon in Round Rock, Texas, and I’m very disappointed with my experience. I only had a polish change and a nail trim, but I was charged $30, which I feel is far too much for the quality I received. My nails are not at all what I expected or wanted. They look rushed and poorly done—honestly, they feel like remedial work at best. For $30, I expected much better results or gel polish...I’m genuinely unhappy with how my nails turned out, and I won’t be returning. I dont typically leave negative reviews, but this was just not acceptable. One star rating
