5 /5 Madeleine Park: Jackie was amazing with my french gel-x! I will def have to come back for her. I was in a rush and she managed to finish in time AND make them beautiful. The nail technician who did my pedi was also nice and skilled.

1 /5 kiley c: I’ve paid Grand Nail Spa on Northwest Highway a visit a few times, mostly because my friend goes here and loves it. However, I have had nothing but bad experiences here, unfortunately. My nails, regardless of if it’s dip or gel, will come off in less than a week. I’ve never had this problem at any other salon. In addition, the salon is also very hectic and unorganized. I had an appointment this past Monday and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time for my nail tech, even though others who had appointments after me were getting their nails already worked on. I had multiple technicians working on me as well during my visit, which is quite frustrating when you have to re-explain what you’d like over and over again. It ended up taking over an hour for just a gel manicure… All in all, I think there is better nail salons in Dallas to choose from.

1 /5 Amanda Morris Carvajal: This is my second gel mani where I’ve left with gloppy uneven top coats that get thick toward the top of the nails just giving distorted, indistinct shape and no sharpness. Just blobs at the ends of my fingers. Just a big glob. Last time they fixed it, but this time I didn’t bother. I won’t be back. Theyre work is shoddy and many of these techs just don’t know how to do a good gel coating. Tired of paying for ugly gobby manicures. They need to retrain their nail techs at the least the ones I’ve gotten. This pedi was fine. However, they don’t trim to ensure ingrown.Last one didn’t paint down to cuticle so grew out super fast.Then today techs ran off as fast as they could to some sort of VIP costumer. Used to love this place but quality has suffered just not caring or lack of training. I’ve had very good gel manis here just not anymore. I’ll be going somewhere else from here on. They’r O for 2 now. I’m out. What a waste of money.

5 /5 Zoe P: Okay so many things I love about this salon. 1. The environment, all of the techs and owner is incredibly nice! The discounts they offer 15% M-W is so great too! Jessica is my nail tech and she is amazing! There’s plenty of parking and the salon is very clean.

1 /5 Josie Torres: Complete garbage!! My nails were so sharp and not at all worth no $50!!!! Never again a costly mistake! The person that did my nails cannot color nails if you look at my nails there’s bare spots and blots and if it wasn’t for the nail file I bought to fix them I would want my money back!!! Cause I fixed them how I like them!! No bueno next time I will wait for my nail lady at my salon to do them!
