Staff was very nice, efficient, and thorough. I was impressed by their thoroughness and quoting for service. Sure, the same old air filter trick you see in every other oil change place, but my service advisor was not pushy and I appreciated that. Enjoyed the free water and customer lobby. Would definitely go back.

I took my car there because it kept dying on the road.They told me that my car wasnt worth fixing because there were metal flakes in my oil and my motor was going out. When I went to pick up my car it was also drained of gas for no reason and the explanation was that it was parked up a hill ????? I took my car to BRAKES PLUS in McKinney off 380 and they had my car up and running the next day. They replaced O2 sensor wiring and even showed me the old parts. My motor is in good shape and my car runs great.

bob spano: I was there 6/3 about my 2011 F150. I went in to talk about my AC. A few different issues. One of the topics were my fan speed. It was blowing about 33%. The indicator showed I can change it but nothing happened. Alex showed me where & why this may be happening. He said it was the blower motor resister. Well sure enough he was right! I had replaced it with an OEM part. Could of got it from Amazon for like $25 but for a 90 warranty, nope. Got motorcraft 2 year warranty. Worth the extra money. Alex was great, vey informative, friendly, just a good person all around. I defiantly would recommend them. Ill be using them. Thank you!

I felt bad for coming during lunch time, but I could never tell if I inconvenienced anyone because they were so nice and attentive to what I needed. Chris helped me today and he was the best! I got what I needed to be fixed and he showed me some other things that needed attention. I did not feel like he was trying to over sell me on anything. He was amazing and I felt comfortable talking to him. The prices are also very reasonable! If I need any more work done Im definitely coming here, and will be sending my friend here to get her brakes done as well. Thanks for the great and quick service!
