Carrie Timmons did an excellent job and she is super nice! She took her time listening to what I wanted and nailed it. I have long wavy/curly hair so it’s not always the easiest to get right. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Carrie!
Studio Ave Salon - Lubbock alissa chiasson: Kylie did my hair. She was amazing. My hair was begging for help. She really cared about keeping my hair healthy and was very honest about what I should do to get my desired result and not ruin my hair. 10/10 experience it couldn’t have turned out better.

Few times during the visit but omg it was wonderful! Mary sat me down at 9:30 am and finished at 12:30pm. She was very detailed and wanted to make sure I felt great and that she did a good job! I ended up getting a trim with layers, and adding brown highlights in my black hair. I was really nervous but the results came out great! Mary was really professional and we had a good banter. Along with Mary the general vibe of the salon is amazing. Everyone is smiling chatting, complimenting each other. If you want a great cut, with great people come here, I promise you they will take your fear away. I feel great! And like Mary said “you look like new woman” ❤️

Sophisticuts Salon - Lubbock Amanda West: I have been going to sophisticates for 12+ years. I love my stylus Carmen Torres. She has always made my hair an A++. We always have fun laughing and talking together. She is very personable and easy to get along with. She did my hair for my wedding and came out to the venue for it. These are pictures of my moms and I trial run. All I had was just a little picture and she did magic with it!! I have found my hairstylist for life!
Bijou Salon - Lubbock Abi Ogle: Hands down the best haircut Ive ever had. Courtenay was amazing. Not only was experience from the front desk to the shampooing to the cut a 10/10, but Ive never had someone be so attentive and give me EXACTLY what I asked for. I have a curly pixie cut, and was just thrilled to have someone listen to my request and do such a great job. I dont live in town, but Ill be flying in just so she can cut my hair! Thank you Bijou and Courtenay for such a fabulous experience.
Bloomington Dry Bar and Beauty Salon - Lubbock Lindsay Prekker: Got my haircut here last week for the first time by Veronica (had to look up her name on the website after the fact because I was never told who my appointment was with when booking and she didn’t introduce herself upon taking me back for my appointment). The first two pictures are how my hair cut and color turned out and the last two are the color reference photos. Not even close to what I wanted. Was charged $250+ for this, which was a shock to find out upon paying as pricing was never discussed, and I’m now having to spend more to go get it corrected today by someone else. Not a great first impression and I will be cancelling my next appointment.
