Not only was experience from the front desk to the shampooing to the cut a 10/10, but Ive never had someone be so attentive and give me EXACTLY what I asked for. I have a curly pixie cut, and was just thrilled to have someone listen to my request and do such a great job. I dont live in town, but Ill be flying in just so she can cut my hair! Lindsay Prekker: Got my haircut here last week for the first time by Veronica (had to look up her name on the website after the fact because I was never told who my appointment was with when booking and she didn’t introduce herself upon taking me back for my appointment). The first two pictures are how my hair cut and color turned out and the last two are the color reference photos. Not even close to what I wanted. Was charged $250+ for this, which was a shock to find out upon paying as pricing was never discussed, and I’m now having to spend more to go get it corrected today by someone else. Not a great first impression and I will be cancelling my next appointment.
