I came in at 9:58 for my 10:00 appointment sat right down got the best looking haircut then she washed my hair which was nice cus it gets all the loose hair off your head and was out to my truck by 10:20. Cant beat it! I won’t be going anywhere else for my haircuts.

Erin Groce: I looked at so many places and tried out a few hairdressers (one place actually charged by the hour!) Now Im so glad that I went to the Ritz and found "the one" - Heather. Im pretty low maintenance hair-wise, but I am super particular about my cut. Heather was a Godsend. I had a consult and we discussed color, what I wanted, and what would and wouldnt look good on me. She took the time to listen and make sure my hair (and color) was exactly what I wanted before I left. Heather is super-friendly, and def one of the best in town! Im so glad I found her and have recommended her to several other friends. If you are looking for an amazing hairdresser and great conversation while getting your hair done, call Heather!

Sarah: Candice Candi squeezed us in which we really appreciated. She gave us a set appointment/time. Upon arrival my son had to wait for about 20/30 while she finished styling/blow drying another person which is totally fine she takes her time we appreciate that. But she didn’t give my son that same courtesy. We used her once before she took her time. We tipped like 12$. So this time After she got finished she admitted it was fast and she had two of her family members waiting for her to cut their hair, she said. My son’s hair was completely uneven, choppy, side burns were cut sloppy and he had hair ALL OVER HIS FACE! And neck! And welts all over from the large hairs just left on his face and neck. I mean covered in hairs! You charge 30$ plus tip to rush and be sloppy like that! Not cool. His front hair is uneven. So you take your time with that last client and rush with him! Please just understand every client matters.

Elaine Lane: At 69 years old this is the absolute worst haircut I have ever had. Nell literally chopped my hair in distinct ridges. I had to have the back blended by someone with more talent. The front I was able to layer enough to look decent. I have no choice but to wear hats as much as possible while it grows. Please, if you cannot handle a short style, speak up!

Vanessa herself is so sweet and makes conversation with anyone that comes to see her. She is totally the best with color from what I have seen!! Also this salon is so clean and beautifully decorated.

Im 82 now and have had soooo many pedestrian haircuts and looked funky and grew out the same. Santino with all his training knows exactly how to cut my hair, no crazy places sticking out uncontrollably and so easy to style youll never need anything but your fingers to style it yourself. Easy to talk to and knows so much about the world, gardening, cooking and just life in general. Santino is a joy to watch as he creates your perfect hairstyle made to compliment your head shape and face. Santino is very precise in his cutting technique and explains what and why he is making the cuts that he is doing. How many hair stylists can do that? Cant compliment Santino enough for his expertise that I get to experience in the most relaxing setting ever devised. As well, the best haircuts Ive ever gotten are from Santino. You definitely will not ever ever regret having him cut your hair the best ever!
