5 /5 Erin Groce: I looked at so many places and tried out a few hairdressers (one place actually charged by the hour!) Now Im so glad that I went to the Ritz and found "the one" - Heather. Im pretty low maintenance hair-wise, but I am super particular about my cut. Heather was a Godsend. I had a consult and we discussed color, what I wanted, and what would and wouldnt look good on me. She took the time to listen and make sure my hair (and color) was exactly what I wanted before I left. Heather is super-friendly, and def one of the best in town! Im so glad I found her and have recommended her to several other friends. If you are looking for an amazing hairdresser and great conversation while getting your hair done, call Heather!

5 /5 alesa simon: Kristen is an absolute magical Stylist! My hair always looks fabulous after a visit and she is very flexible with her schedule! I can always get in within a week of calling for an appointment, something I absolutely need with my busy work, Mom, Wife schedule. She also has a great personality and its always great visiting with her! Oh, AND she does great eyebrow waxes/trims!

1 /5 M B Gonzalez: I had been curious about the Ritz Salon for a while so decided to give it a try. I went in and told Heather what I wanted really explained what I wanted and was specific about leaving the back as close to how it was and definitely not to taper it and even showed her pictures. When she was done, I thought it was shorter than I wanted but it was probably okay, but she didn’t show me the back. When I got home I looked at it and the back was tapered and short, the sides were uneven in length and shape and my bangs were awful. Honestly, I think she just decided to do what she wanted. I texted Heather and let her know that she did a terrible job and that she didn’t listen to what I had wanted. Her response was, “Ouch, I guess we aren’t a good fit”. No apology or offer to fix it (not that I would have wanted her to). I had to pay someone to fix it and I am starting all over on growing it. Very disappointed.
