1 /5 A Graham: The hairdresser did not listen to my requests, burned me with a flat iron, and the resulting cut is not at all close to even or straight. Update: The picture was taken in a friends home so I could see just how bad the cut was. And that lame excuse came over 5 years after my review was originally posted. Its long since been fixed by a true professional.

5 /5 Leigh Scallorn: Kelli is amazing! This was my first time getting my hair cut at Gigis but Kelli made me feel like I had been a client for years. The consulation before cutting was very thorough. The cut was just what I wanted. I have never had a stylist take such care to get every cut exaclty right but she did. She was friendly and just lovely. She urge me to come back if I felt there was something wrong with the cut like tags of hair. There were NONE. She did a superb job and I felt very comfortable. I will be a regular client from now on.
