1 /5 Tessa Kathleen: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Run as far away as you can. First, I called and deliberately left them know I was calling to ensure I can get referrals as I have an HMO plan. I also gave them my insurance over the phone AND in person. Upon appointment, they use documents and equipment from like 2005. Weird but no reason to leave at this point. THEN, he was 40 minutes late to my appointment. I asked him about the referrals and he said to just message him in the portal whenever I find my locations and we’ll be good! I get said locations and send a message in the portal. No answer. I call them and they transfer me to Linda, the referral coordinator. Not only is she literally doing other work and talking while keeping me on the line, but IS STILL arguing with me about the fact that I don’t need a referral. When I literally got off the phone with my insurance TWICE that confirmed otherwise. Instead of providing the referral, she’s going back and forth with me about what she thinks my insurance will allow and will not allow. When all I asked is for the referral!!!! HORRIBLE customer service, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED, zero stars. Will now be switching to another doctor ASAP and have to reschedule all my other appointments since they’re incapable of doing their job.
