French Nails - georgetown - Georgetown (TX)

1 /5 Brenda Geary: I went for the first time as I am new to Georgetown. I was so incredibly disappointed. I walked in with beautiful natural long nails that just needed shaping and polish. The tech asked me if she could cut them and I said “only a little I want to keep the length”. I walked out with my nails completely cut down to nubs. The polish job was horrible as well and hours later gooey. I ended up taking the polish off. The photo is of how easy it was to nudge back the polish 4 hours later. I am thankful my nails grow fast but I will never go back. The other issue is that the nail tech is as also very heavy handed as she clipped my cuticles on both the manicure and pedicure and I felt like she was stabbing me. I kept flinching and said not so hard please. A nightmare experience.

1 /5 Lillivette Colon: Should had seen reviews before I went in. I got dip powder and the same day, 8 hours later one of the nails just popped off. I had never seen something like that. I should had known it was going to happen since I’m pretty sure he used top coat for applying the powder instead of the special coat. I am from out of town and stopped there on a whim. Big big mistake. Wasted $55 that I could had used in my vacations

1 /5 Brown Rosie: No, do not go or try. I paid $125 for a pedicure and full set! They came out horrible! My toes nails are crooked and not shaped and my full set are bumpy and look awful! I had to have the redo them and even the second time they came out bumpy and look absolutely horrible. I thought I would try out although reviews were not good because I assumed they just may have not had anyone review so the reviews were low. The technician kept cutting me with the drill and my fingers are cut underneath my nail and around my cuticles. I just got them done yesterday afternoon and they are lifting.

1 /5 Julie DuBois: I will never return to French Nails. I took my 5 year old granddaughter to get a mani pedi for the first time and it was awful. I also had a gel manicure. There was only three people working, they had some walk ins so they did her nails quickly and impatiently My manicure was done quickly and sloppily. When I went to pay, she charged me $20 for Ivy’s gel manicure and $32 for her gel pedicure. I thought that very expensive considering that they only painted her nails and did not give her the full experience.Ivy is the fourth granddaughter I have taken for their first trip to the nail salon and my other three granddaughters had a much better experience at more reasonable prices. I was charged $32 for my very sloppy gel manicure. I tried to discuss it but was met with rudeness so I just paid, vowing to myself I would never go there again. A few seconds after we walked out of the salon, two ladies came out and said how disappointed they were with the service, attitude etc. The one lady had gel manicure and she was only charge $17. I feel I was greatly overcharged for terrible service.

5 /5 Serena LNU: Lisa is very sweet and thorough. I am very pleased with the way my nails turned out as well as the politeness. Tony even let me feed their goldfish! It’s also the small things that make us smile :)) Glad I returned!
