1 /5 Joyce Lesieur: Extremely poor service and poor management! Im pretty sure the owner doesnt care to here, because they did Nothing to compensate me while I was there! First I get seated in a chair that the massage buttons didnt work! I get a man whom should have a manicure (his nails were longer than mine and Dirty) he comes over hit buttons on the chair the remote flashed on and off then he told me not to touch it. Why not move me to another chair that works?! Then the women I get doesnt speak English when I tell her one toe polish is not straight she says another another. Meaning another coat! The polish was thick and old and she proceeded to put 4 layers and and top coat. I knew it would never dry and it was touched up so horribly. When she did put the top coat she only put it on sparcely not on the entire nail so it looked waved and nasty. I will never be back and I will never allow any of my friends of family to go there. Terrible business!! They should have discounted the price since I could not stay to have it redone! Happy Mothers Day to me. Thank you for ruining my day and having to redo my nails somewhere else more professional!
