It wasn’t too busy for a weekend and we were able to walk the whole thing in less than an hour! It was absolutely beautiful and a great place to check out. I will definitely be coming back! 5 /5 Yen Dobson: One of my favorite places in Fort Worth. I love their Earth Day weekends where they have free entry and several local vendors come out. Lots of pretty flowers, plants, and landscaping designs to see. Interactive nature activities for kids to learn, lawns to have picnics, and plenty of gardens as well. Would highly recommend checking out the Japanese botanical gardens. You can feed koi fish here by purchasing fish food at the gift shop, take in the peaceful scenery, sit under the gazebo or on the deck, or walk around. The Japanese gift shop is also super neat and worth checking out! I also enjoy their newly opened butterfly conservatory and rose gardens, which are so fragrant and colorful! Staff is super friendly and the entire botanical gardens is very well maintained and organized. They always have lots of events, vendors, workshops, so definitely check out their website calendar to stay updated. Always enjoy my time here!!

Luisa Kuarsingh: A bronze marker between the Water Gardens and Convention Center which marks the a spot in an area once known as a red light district in the Wild West which was frequented by legends like Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Not much to see but definitely a quick stop for history buffs interested in the Wild West who are in the area.

Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth - Fort Worth

Kat Spofford: Oh wow, what a total sanctuary! I loved all the nooks and crannies of this museum, you never know what you will see around the corner. Loved the exhibits, and this was one of the best museums of Modern Art besides Milwaukee. They I have been to. Highly recommend going.

Stockyards Museum - Fort Worth

Gracia Araceli (Shelly): Beautiful local history and the proximity to the train was so cool, you could feel the ground vibrate! Dropped by just to check it out and ended up spending an hour here. I feel like it told the history though the artifacts they had nicely displayed. Wonderful learning experience we learned a lot!

Burgers Lake - Fort Worth

Thatgirl brica: We visited Burgers Lake this past Sunday around 2:00 PM. Admission was $20 per person, and parking was conveniently accessible. The park is expansive and offers diverse activities for all age groups. Lifeguards were present in multiple locations, and the concession stand prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a delightful experience and we will definitely return soon.

Sid Richardson Museum - Fort Worth

Alex Moore: My partner and I were visited her family as she’s originally from Fort Worth area. We travelled all the way from the UK and stumbled upon this lovely gallery. The lady at the front desk was so so lovely and gave us a fantastic rundown of the artists displayed. She encouraged us to fill out a postcard which they paid for delivery back to the UK which was a nice touch as well. This was my first day/experience of the kind of hospitality that makes me want to move over to Texas. We can’t wait to be back and will definitely pop in again. Thank you to the lady who was in a cast at the time who made us feel so welcome. ☺️

JFK Tribute in Fort Worth - Fort Worth

Luisa Kuarsingh: A great place to visit especially if you’re a history buff and are in the area. A memorial and testament to JFK complete with a statue, thoughtful explanation for the memorial, photos and inscriptions of his words like “A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on” and "we celebrate the past to awaken the future". One of my favourite components is the copy of his signature engraved into the memorial.
